Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeline
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your package.
Important Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- INTIMATES (unless there’s a manufacturing defect)
- HALLOWEEN ACCESSORIES that have been opened or used
These items may only be returned if they arrive defective.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Step-by-Step Return Process
1 Submit Your Return Request

2 Wait for Authorization
Our style team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days. Do not send items without this authorization.
3 Package Your Items
Securely package the items you’re returning, including:
- All original tags and labels
- Original packaging
- Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the package
4 Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
5 Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Refund Timeframe: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Store Credit: If you choose store credit, it will be emailed to you within 24 hours of return processing
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item you want to exchange for in your request
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Defective or Incorrect Items
